Upload images and file attachments in NocoDocs.
NocoDocs supports uploading images and file attachments directly into your documents.
Images
Upload Methods
There are three ways to add an image to your document:
- Slash Command — Type
/imageand select Image to open the file picker. - Drag and Drop — Drag an image file from your computer directly into the editor.
- Paste — Copy an image to your clipboard and paste it (
Cmd/Ctrl + V) into the editor.
Image Behavior
- Images are uploaded to NocoDB's storage and served from there.
- Images are displayed inline within the document.
- Click on an image to select it and access resize or alignment options (if available).
File Attachments
Attach files to your document for reference or download:

- Type
/filein the editor. - Select File Attachment from the slash command menu.
- Choose a file from the file picker.
The attachment will appear as a downloadable block within the document. Readers can click to download the file.
Uploaded files and images count towards your base's storage quota.
To remove a file attached, hover over the file block & click x. Click on the file tile to download locally.
