NocoAI acts with your permissions. Each action below lists the minimum base role it needs; actions your role doesn't allow are not offered to you. Actions marked Asks first wait for you to click Approve before they run.

NocoAI can answer questions about NocoDB itself, using this documentation. For billing, account problems or bugs, it points you to the NocoDB support team.

What NocoAI can't do yet

Manage members, roles or permissions
Set up sync, webhooks or scripts
Create, rename or manage workspaces
Share bases or views, or create share links
Comment on records (it can comment on docs)
Undo with a button. You can ask NocoAI to put back something it changed, but deleted tables, fields, views and records can't be restored this way.

NocoAI is not available on mobile, and it needs a role on the base: people who only have access to an interface can't use it.

Availability

NocoAI is available on NocoDB Cloud (Plus plan and above), where usage is metered by credits included monthly with your plan. On self-hosted deployments, AI requires configuring your own AI integration (Business plan and above).
