1/ NocoDB 2026.09.0 ships today.
NocoDB is now a Claude Connector, and our MCP server went from 11 tools to 149.
That is 1200% more. Your Claude just got a lot more useful.
2/ Connect from the directory.
No MCP URL to paste, no config file to edit. Pick NocoDB in Claude's connectors directory, authorize a base, and every tool your role allows is in the conversation.
3/ 149 tools, the whole workspace.
Not just records anymore. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client can now build in NocoDB:
- stand up a table with its fields and views
- wire a workflow to a webhook
- assemble an interface page
- lock down permissions
All in one conversation.
4/ Every tool wraps the same service as its REST API, so validation, permissions, and audit are identical.
And every call respects the caller's role: viewers read, editors write, creators change schema. An agent cannot do what the person behind it cannot do.
5/ Rich Text Emails in Workflows.
Send Email, SMTP, Gmail, and Outlook nodes now share a rich text editor: headings, styling, lists, colors, and links with custom anchor text. Drop workflow variables anywhere in the body.
6/ Also shipped:
- Buttons on interface page headers, record review toolbars, and field groups
- Drag and drop records across List View hierarchies
- $now() and $dateAdd() in workflow expressions
- Faster Kanban, now default everywhere including Community Edition
- Streamed Excel exports for very large tables
7/ 149 is just the start.
