Workflow Folders

Group workflows and scripts into folders in the Workflows sidebar, and read each workflow's status at a glance.

As automations accumulate, a flat list gets hard to scan. Folders let you group workflows and scripts in the Workflows sidebar, for example one folder per team, per process, or per lifecycle stage.

Only base creators and owners can manage folders.

Create a folder

  1. Open the Workflows section of your base.
  2. Click Create New and select Folder, or use the New folder option in the sidebar.
  3. Name the folder.

Folders hold both workflows and scripts. They cannot be nested inside each other.

Move items into a folder

  • Use the ... actions menu next to a workflow or script and choose Move to..., then pick the folder. The same submenu offers New folder to create one on the spot.
  • To take an item back out, choose Move to...Remove from folder.

Manage folders

Open the ... menu on a folder to:

  • Expand all / Collapse all folders in the sidebar.
  • Pick an Icon colour, handy for colour-coding teams or priorities.
  • Rename folder.
  • Delete folder. Items inside are moved back to the top level, not deleted.

Workflow status indicators

Each workflow in the sidebar carries a status dot so you can read its state without opening it:

  • Green — Live: the workflow is published and enabled.
  • Grey — Paused: the workflow is published but disabled.
  • Blue — Unpublished: the draft has changes that differ from the published version, or nothing has been published yet.
