Thread - 2026.09.1 release
1/ NocoDB 2026.09.1 ships today.
One MCP connection now covers your whole account. Connect your AI once, and it works across every base you pick.
2/ Account-wide MCP connections.
When you create a connection, you choose:
- which bases or workspaces it reaches
- which tools it may call, by area: read, write, or delete
Tools you don't allow are never shown to the client. A connection can never do more than your own role.
3/ 199 tools, 50 more than last release.
Agents can now manage members and teams, upload attachments, upsert records, read audit logs, restore from trash, and publish workflows and interfaces.
4/ Table Tools.
One Tools button in the view toolbar opens fields, relations, permissions, record templates, webhooks, and API snippets in a single panel.
5/ Summarize in Timeline View.
Count, sum, average, min, max, range, or median under each day, week, or month, with totals per group.
6/ Also shipped:
- Last modified fields that track only the fields you choose
- YouTrack sync for issues, comments, and users
- Invite links for bases and workspaces
- Large number abbreviation: 1,234,567 reads as 1.2M
