STABLE RELEASE · SEPTEMBER 2026
NocoDB is available as a Claude Connector with 1200% more MCP tools!
|
|
Connect a base to Claude straight from the connectors directory, no MCP URL to paste. And the MCP server has gone from 11 tools to 149, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client can build entire databases, workflows, and interfaces, and manage permissions, rather than only reading records.

DESCRIPTION |
| 🔌 NocoDB in Claude Connectors |
Connect a base to Claude from the connectors directory rather than adding the MCP URL manually. Claude gets every tool the connecting user’s role allows. |
| ⚡ 1200% more MCP tools |
11 tools to 149, covering the whole workspace: stand up a table, wire a workflow to a webhook, assemble an interface page, or lock down permissions, all in one conversation. |
| ✉️ Rich Text Emails in Workflows |
Send Email, SMTP, Gmail, and Outlook nodes share a rich text editor: headings, text styling, lists, colors, and links with custom anchor text, with variables anywhere in the body. |
| 🔘 Buttons across interface pages |
Place buttons on table page headers, record review toolbars, dashboard group headers, and field groups. Page-level buttons run an automation without a record. |
| 🖱️ Drag and drop in List View |
Drag records across the hierarchy: drop one onto another to nest it, or onto a different parent to move it. Sub-records travel along, and links update for you. |
|
|
ALSO SHIPPED
• Create a linked record field inline. When a List View level or nested record needs a link that does not exist yet, create it on the spot, in both the base view and the interface builder.
• Date helpers in workflow expressions. $now() returns the current time and $dateAdd(date, amount, unit) offsets it.
• Faster Kanban. The optimized board is now the default everywhere, including the Community Edition, with stacks loading progressively as you scroll.
• Excel downloads of large tables. Exports are streamed, so very large tables download reliably and produce smaller files.
• Heads-up for integrations. A planned change in an upcoming release moves API datetime values on PostgreSQL and SQLite to millisecond precision; strict datetime parsers may need updating.

|
149 is just the start. We're already building the next set, and that's the one that changes business software for good.
What should we ship next? Hit reply and tell me. I read every response personally.
