Use the Rating field to record and show ratings on a visual scale. You can change the icon, the color and the maximum value of the scale. Use it to collect feedback or evaluations in a clear, visual way.

Create a checkbox field

Click the + icon to the right of Fields header.
In the dropdown modal, enter the field name (Optional).
In the dropdown, select the field type Rating.
Select the icon for the field (Optional). The default is the star icon.
Configure the max count for the field (Optional). The default is 5.
Select the color for the field (Optional). The default is grey.
Set the default value for the field (Optional).
Click Save Field.

Cell display

The cell shows the rating in the color and icon of the field.

Setting value for the field

To set the rating value, do one of these:

Click the nth rating icon. The value becomes n.
Type the rating value in the cell.
Paste the rating value in the cell.

Unsetting value for the field

To set the rating value to 0, do one of these:

Click the nth rating icon again.
Type 0 in the cell.
Press Delete.
