Barcode

Barcode is a custom field type that makes a barcode from a string value. Use it to make barcodes for URLs, phone numbers or other data that is a string.

The reference field can have one of these field types:

• Formula
• Single Line Text
• Long Text
• Phone Number
• URL
• Email

Create a barcode field

1. Click the + icon to the right of Fields header.
2. In the dropdown modal, enter the field name (Optional).
3. In the dropdown, select the field type Barcode.
4. Select the source field for the barcode.
5. In the dropdown, select the barcode type.
6. Click Save Field.

Cell display

The cell shows the barcode that NocoDB makes from the source field. Click the cell to open a larger view of the QR code.

• UPC (A)
