Keep NocoDB tables in sync with another base or with external systems.

NocoDB offers two kinds of sync, both accessed from **+ Create New → Sync** in the base sidebar or from **Settings → Manage → Sync**:

| | Use it when |
| ------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **[NocoDB Sync](/docs/product/sync/nocodb-sync)** | You want a Grid view from another NocoDB base to appear as a continuously updated, read-only table in this base. |
| **[App Sync](/docs/product/sync/app-sync)** | You want to pull data from an external system (GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Zendesk, etc.) into NocoDB. |

Both surfaces share the same list page at **Settings → Manage → Sync**, with status, last-trigger time, and per-row actions to pause, resume, refresh, edit, or delete.

## Availability

* Sync is available on **NocoDB Cloud** (Plus plan and above) and licensed self-hosted deployments (Business plan and above).
