| Drag and Drop | Drag an image file from your computer into the editor. |
| Paste | Copy an image to your clipboard. Paste it (Cmd/Ctrl + V) into the editor. |
Image Behavior
- NocoDB uploads images to its storage and serves them from there.
- Images show inline in the document.
- Click an image to select it. If available, the resize and alignment options show.
File Attachments
Attach files to your document for reference or download:

- In the editor, type
/file. - From the slash command menu, select File Attachment.
- In the file picker, select a file.
The attachment shows as a downloadable block in the document. Readers click the block to download the file.
Uploaded files and images count towards your project's storage quota.
To remove an attached file, hover over the file block and click x. To download the file to your computer, click the file tile.
