Embeds

In NocoDocs, you can embed rich content from 25+ external platforms directly in your documents. Then all your content is in one place.

Insert an Embed

  1. In the editor, type /embed.
  2. From the slash command menu, select the Embed Source, for example YouTube.
  3. Paste the URL of the content to embed.
You can also paste a supported URL directly into the editor — it will automatically offer to convert it into an embed.

NocoDB Shared Views

You can embed NocoDB shared views (Grid, Kanban, Gallery, Form) directly in your documents:

  1. Share a view from any table.
  2. Copy the shared view URL.
  3. Paste it into the embed block.

nc shared view

This is a shared view. Any changes that you make (column width, filters, sort) will not persist.

Use shared views to create living documents that show real-time data from your NocoDB tables.
