👥 Realtime Presence

See your team inside the grid: each collaborator gets a colour that follows them from cell to cell, records they have open carry a badge, and “Go there” jumps you straight to where they’re working. Available on all plans, including the Community Edition.

📁 Folders

Group tables, documents, and dashboards into collapsible folders in the sidebar. The same applies to views within a table. Available on all plans, including the Community Edition.

📌 Freeze multiple fields

Keep up to three fields pinned while you scroll horizontally. Drag the divider to choose how many stay frozen.

🪜 Nested records in List View

Records nest under their parents through a self-referencing link: tasks with subtasks, categories with items, or an org chart.

🔐 Dashboard permissions

Per-dashboard Visibility and Editing permissions, using the same permission system as tables and fields.

• Copy settings from an existing view. Seed a new interface Table or Record review page from a view when connecting it to a table.

• More control over interface fields. A per-field Size option, Single Select shown as a stepper on record pages, and drag-and-drop field reordering everywhere.

• Filter by system users. Created By and Last Modified By filters now list NocoDB's service actors: Automation, Sync, Workflow, and Anonymous.

• Documentation gets a revamp. Dedicated tabs, a reorganized sidebar, every old URL redirected, and an Ask AI assistant on every page.

• Self-hosting heads-up. The E2B and Exa environment variables were renamed and the old names are no longer read; update them when upgrading. Legacy API token creation is closed on licensed deployments.
